Experience
I have been involved in the fields of finance, taxation, and law since 2007 and have worked in various financial functions across different companies, as well as in the banking and legal services sectors. This background enables me to understand a company’s operations as a whole – from the transaction planning stage through to their accounting treatment and financial reporting.
I hold a degree in Financial Management from Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences (Mainor) and have also obtained education in law and taxation at Tallinn School of Economics.
My areas of interest
I consider preventive advisory work essential, ensuring that clients feel confident in tax matters and make well-informed decisions.
My work mainly involves advisory services related to corporate taxation, ensuring tax compliance, assessing tax risks, and analysing corporate tax accounting as well as the tax treatment of transactions. Advising on starting business operations in Estonia is also an important part of my work.
Miscellaneous
I continuously keep myself up to date with developments in the legal field, focusing primarily on tax law, commercial law, and the law of obligations.
I enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active, which helps maintain a good balance alongside office work. I also appreciate engaging cultural events and good food.
